I have the app installed but an not getting notifications
You must have the Load Covered Mobile App Running to get alerts. Start the app and minimize it in the background. You can always click on the "Load Alerts" button to view all of the load alerts that have posted for the day.
Can I stop the alerts if I do not want to be disturbed?
Yes, you can click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, click "Quit App" and confirm. The app will exit and you will not get the beeps anymore. Simply start the app up again to resume getting notifications. All missed load alerts are view-able by clicking the "Load Alerts" button at any time.
Can I run Load Covered Mobile on a tablet?
Yes, the app will run on most iOS and Android operating system devices including phones, iPhones, iPads, and various tablet devices.
Can I use Load Covered Mobile on multiple devices?
No, the app can only be used on one device at a time. If you install it on a new device, you will get a message about it being used on a different device. If you accept that, your account will be attached to your new device and will not be accessible on the old device.
What is the number on the Load Alerts button?
This is the number of unviewed load alerts you have. When you click on a load alert, it will open with details and the background color changes. This number gives you a count of how many load alerts you have not seen.
